After a harsh training under supervision of his teacher, Kanou is ready to take part in the Martial Arts Tournament organized by the ruler of Hokkaido. Oddly enough, he meets with the famous Ok Kiun Kim, an old acquaintance from his rebel days. But even when Kanou falls in the tournament, it seems his goal is accomplished: to get in touch with the Japanese political scene.
