That also means Kyoko is the future time queen. When Kyoko woke up Ui, Ui`s consciousness returns to her body. So Kyoko had no body anymore and everyone forgot about her. but then Sakataki remembered her and made everyone remember her too. Sakataki went to the end of time(Kyoko`s real home). Chronos tried to kill Sakataki but Kyoko went against him. Then Chronos said that Kyoko was still a child and she must grow up. So he let Kyoko live on Earth. But Kyoko still didn`t have a body. So the King lend his wife`s(Kiyu, Ui`s mother) body to Kyoko. Then Kyoko and Sakataki get married. But Kyoko still wrote letters to Chronos.
