Ik-su is the priest that Yona and Hak first visits after leaving the castle and capital. He is the one who recommended Yona and Hak to seek the dragons and directed them to the white dragon first. He is especially clumsy and trips over himself all the time. However, he is especially kind and caring to those around him, often too caring to the point that when he cannot assist others, he feels especially depressed. This is the reason why he lives on his own with Yun. He taught Yun how to make sandals to trade for things as a better alternative to stealing and robbing.
