The Flying Dutchman (��よ�るオランダ人, Samayoeru Orandajin) was the soul of the ghost ship Nidhogg (ニーズヘッグ, Nīzuheggu) that was being used by Medusa to gather more souls for kishin. He fought with a gun, just as Kid, though the term "gun" might not be a good enough comparison; the gun itself resembles a miniature cannon.
